Bugs, scam reports and everything else
If it is about something that happened in the app, report it from inside the app: the post, the message or the trade travels with the report, and a moderator can see what you saw.
- Report it where it happened. Every post, reply, profile and conversation has a Report button. That is the fastest route and the only one that carries the evidence.
- Ask in the Discord. Moderators are in there, and so is everybody else who has hit the same thing.
- Open a support ticket. Settings → Support in the app, or the support page here. You can attach a screenshot.

Somebody is scamming or harassing people
Report them from the conversation or from their profile, and block them. A report is read by a person, not a filter, and blocking takes effect immediately and in both directions. The trading rules page explains what happens to an account after that.
